She leads creative work with an operator's instincts, ensuring ambitious ideas are executed efficiently and without the chaos that often accompanies complex production.

Across roles at OpenAI, Meta, and 215 McCann, Whitney has led global creative productions while redesigning the operational infrastructure that supports them, increasing production efficiency and establishing sustainable practices that have been adopted across agency networks.
