Whitney is an Executive Producer and Creative Operations leader with 17+ years of experience leading high-impact production across technology, product launches, global campaigns, paid social, live action, web, events, experiential, and emerging content formats. She has partnered with teams at OpenAI, Meta, Xbox, LinkedIn, McCann, BBDO, and Goodby, Silverstein & Partners to build creative systems that move complex work from idea to launch with speed, clarity, and craft.

Currently, Whitney supports product and research launch work at OpenAI, partnering across research, product, marketing, design, comms, legal, and brand stakeholders to deliver creative assets for fast-moving, highly visible launches. Her work focuses on cross-functional alignment, scalable workflows, content systems, asset operations, and production models that help teams deliver ambitious work under compressed timelines.

Previously, Whitney served as Executive Producer at Meta and Interim Head of Production for Instagram, overseeing integrated production across global campaigns, consumer marketing initiatives, and high-volume creative ecosystems. As Director of Integrated Production at 215 McCann, she led production operations across five North American studios and 100+ producers, improving efficiency by 18% and implementing sustainability and DEI production frameworks adopted across McCann Worldwide.

Whitney brings a Wharton MBA in Operations, deep production expertise, and a leadership approach grounded in building systems that scale without compromising creative quality. She is a Television Academy member, yearly AICP Awards Judge, and has contributed to work recognized by Cannes Lions, D&AD, The Webby Awards, One Show, Effie, AICP, Clio, and The Addy Awards.
