What does “professional” mean to you? The ways and reasons we work are changing, and so is the very definition of professionalism. Through this effort we worked with LinkedIn members to elevate their voices as they, and others, redefine what it means to be a professional today, and continue to fuel the on-going conversation.
 

The community has been transforming LinkedIn into a place where members create connections, spark conversations that matter, and offer support so that others can also make work work for them. In November, 2021 LinkedIn launched “Welcome, Professionals'' to celebrate the new era of professionalism. Starting 1/23, we continued these conversations by giving the mic to our members in the LinkedIn community who are redefining what it means to be professional today and evolving this conversation on LinkedIn.

We will encourage the community to follow and share in the continuing conversations from Jezz Chung, Jason C. Mayden, Fawn Weaver, Alexis K. Fernandez, Mick Batyske, Mekdes Kissi and Ellie Middleton.
